Take your kayak or canoe on a scenic late spring tour with local naturalists to learn about our native wildlife here in beautiful Harford County on this slow flowing section of Deer Creek above the Eden Mill dam . Find tranquility as you glide along this forested creek where bald eagles fly above, turtles bask on logs, and kingfishers chatter along its banks. We will make frequent stops to point out various wildlife and interesting features of the landscape so please expect a leisurely pace so that we may explore and no one misses out on an exciting wildlife sighting.
Location: Eden Mill Nature Center 1617 Eden Mill Rd, Pylesville, MD 21132
Date: Friday June 10, 6pm-8pm
This is our first event we are hosting at Eden Mill so a huge thanks to their staff for making this possible!
