We’ve had great success using our homemade treefrog tubes at the Wildlife Center to provide some extra habitat for the Gray Treefrogs that come and go from our outdoor turtle enclosure. These hold a small amount of water (there is a drain hole that allows them not to fill all the way) and create a safe, dark and moist area that the frogs seem to enjoy. These are often used to conduct research on frog species and we always wanted to try them out with our local frog population.
